Richard Barry Lingelbach – never show on time promised, not completing work, steal material paid by owner, sell marijuana, operate unregistered, uninspected vehicle. Alias used Rick Johnson or Richard Lingelbach Jr.

Walter Goolsby – Self employed person claims to know many things. Knowledge limited to drywall repair and painting. ZERO Plumbing. ZERO Electrical. Do NOT rent to him as he will turn around damage house and claim money for cheap personal belongings. He has judgment of $22000 against him in Fairfax Couty, another one in Alexandria County.

Charles Coleman – has 2 phone numbers to seek other work, conduct business on other projects while claiming to be working for your project. Does not have smart phone to send photos or status of project. Never comes on time promised. Steals owner paid material from work locations. THIEF in short from Richmond. ZERO Plumbing. ZERO Electrical.
